The vertical single-stage single-suction chemical pump is a new generation of energy-saving, vertical centrifugal pump independently researched and developed on the basis of ISG technology. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the flow-through department and the connection department of the pump can be made of cast steel.

Main purpose: IHG type vertical single-stage single-suction chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They can be used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmacy, etc. The operating temperature is -20℃~+105℃. This series of pumps has excellent performance, high reliability, long service life, reasonable structure, beautiful shape, and is of industry level.

The scope of work:
The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is 0.2mm
The ambient temperature is 40°C and the relative humidity is 95%.
Suction pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, or pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5 MPa, please specify the system working pressure when ordering.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
