The screw pump is a single-screw conveying pump. Its main working parts are the eccentric screw screw (called the rotor) and the screw bushing (called the stator) with a double helix on the inner surface. Its working principle is that when the shaft of the electric pump rotates, the screw rotates around its own axis on the one hand, and on the other hand it rolls along the inner surface of the bushing. This type of pump is a single screw positive displacement pump, which uses an eccentric single screw. The rotation of the screw in the double-rotating bushing causes the thick slurry to move along the spiral groove from the suction port to the discharge port, realizing the delivery function of the pump.
 
Features 
With strong self-priming ability, liquid can be pumped directly without installing a bottom valve. The pump is reversible, and the liquid flow direction is changed by the rotation direction of the pump. It is suitable for occasions where the pipeline needs to be flushed in the reverse direction. Smooth operation, low vibration and noise. Simple structure, convenient disassembly and maintenance. The working temperature can reach 120℃, the flow rate: 1.1-30m3/h, the head: 50-120m, the speed is 9600r/min.
