Precautions for Using Magnetic Drive Pump

1. The cooling and lubrication of the bearings of the magnetic drive pump depends on the conveyed medium, so dry running is forbidden, and at the same time, avoiding no-load running caused by restarting after a power failure in the middle of work.

2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet.

3. The medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.

4. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize, the transport fluid should be cleaned in time after use to drain the liquid accumulation in the pump.
