High temperature hot oil centrifugal pump

Oil pumps are divided into two structural forms: single-stage single-suction cantilever type, two-stage single-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction and two-support type, and two-stage single-suction and two-support type. The casing of this type of pump is radially split, and the installation method is horizontal centerline support. The suction port and discharge flange of the pump are vertically upward. The shaft seal can not only use soft packing, but also interchange with mechanical seals. The bearing body is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a set of back-to-back thrust ball bearings. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil. In order to facilitate maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the suction or discharge pipeline. The elastic pin extension coupling is used (also can be equipped with Elastic diaphragm coupling) can easily remove the impeller, bearing, bearing and other parts.

◇ The selection of materials is refined, the main body is mainly made of II and III materials, and the bearing body and other parts are increased into cast steel and cast iron, which provides favorable conditions for outdoor use and marine use in cold areas.

◇ There are three types of bearings: air-cooled, fan-cooled, and water-cooled, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
