GHP high temperature chemical pump

I. Overview

The structure design of GHP high temperature chemical pump is rigorous, and the material is made of American social PFA material that can withstand 260 ° C. The sealing design is a double seal, water cooling, and double insurance structure. The sealing structure is reasonable. SIC, O-rings are made of perfluoroplastics, which will not deform under strong corrosion conditions of 250°C.

 

2. Material comparison

PFA tetrafluoroethylene - perfluoroalkoxy vinyl ether copolymer, also: perfluoroalkyl compound, soluble polytetrafluoroethylene, English name: Poiyfluo-roalkoxy.

Material ratio, PFA is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene.

Long-term use temperature -80°C~260°C, excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, low friction coefficient among plastics.

The thermal expansion coefficient is lower than PTFE1/2, and the temperature resistance exceeds FEP80°C.

Molding rate PTFE can only be formed by cold pressing, and cannot be arbitrarily made according to the requirements of the workpiece, while PFA is a thermoplastic and can be arbitrarily formed with the mold.
