The pump is a vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic submerged centrifugal pump. Because the pump extends into the storage tank, the depth of the storage tank is different. The design submerged depth is between 800mm and 3000mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid can be started without filling, and there is a leakage hole under the flat cover, so the liquid will not leak to the outside of the storage tank.
The parts of the FRP pump in contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, phenolic FRP parts molded at high temperature, and the connecting pipe and the outlet pipe are made by semi-dry rolling process. The assembly of phenolic fiberglass steel pipe and the impeller shaft sleeve are glued into a whole with phenolic cement and the pump shaft, and all parts of the liquid are bonded with phenolic cement. There is no metal and medium contact when extending into the liquid, and the corrosion resistance is reliable.
The product has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, non-deformation, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum-containing stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys in terms of anti-corrosion. The pump is in the driving and rotating.
