TZFB-III strong self-priming metal axial chemical pump

The TZFB-III strong self-priming metal axial chemical pump produced by our factory can meet the transportation of corrosive liquid and slurry with suspended particles and certain viscosity in the process flow. It is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. . This strong self-priming pump is widely used in petrochemical, rare earth smelting, electric power, desulfurization and dust removal, environmental protection and other industries.

 

1. Features of strong self-priming pump:

1. There is no need to backfill, no vacuum pump, no bottom valve when starting, the pump itself can automatically pump and suck liquid.
2. The self-priming height can reach 9m, breaking through the limitation of the pump's "allowable suction height".
3. The self-priming time is short, from 6.3m3/h to 600 m3/h, and the self-priming time is only 6-50 seconds.
4. The unique suction device keeps the liquid surface to the impeller in a near-vacuum state, which improves the efficiency of the pump.
5. During the operation of the pump, even if there is a phenomenon of "water loss", it can be automatically pumped through the suction device to achieve the effect of self-recovery at any time.
6. Product material: A3, HT200, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1 Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, American standard 316, 316L, Japanese standard SUS304, SUS304L, Monel, Hastelloy, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy.
