1. Overview of petrochemical process pumps
Petrochemical pumps are single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps. The pump is a single-stage radial impeller, which sucks in axially and discharges radially. According to the conditions of use, the front and rear wear rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance. The shaft seal adopts packing seal, single end face machine seal or double single end face machine seal, and is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system.
From the perspective of the drive motor, the rotation of the pump is clockwise.

2. The scope of application of chemical pumps
This series of pumps are suitable for transporting various neutral and corrosive liquids (acids, alkalis, salts of various concentrations and temperatures, liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, etc.). The temperature range is -80℃~450℃, high Use pressure pump up to 2.5Mpa-5.0Mpa. 3. Chemical process pump structure description
The caliber of petrochemical pump is 25~400mm, the flow can reach 2600m3/h, and the head can reach 250m.
At the same time, the maintenance conditions required by the process work can be guaranteed. The bearing, shaft seal and impeller are a rotor assembly that can be quickly disassembled or assembled, which greatly shortens the maintenance cycle.
The impeller is a single-suction radial closed type with impeller wear ring and pump body wear ring. After wear, only the wear ring needs to be replaced to reduce maintenance and component costs.
The pump cover is equipped with a cooling and heating bearing box structure. There are two types of shaft seals: packing seal and mechanical seal. Users can choose according to different working conditions.
The bearing is lubricated with lubricating oil, and the bearing bracket is equipped with a constant oil ring. The bearing bracket is divided into non-cooling, water cooling, and fan cooling structures. A flexible coupling is used as a connecting element between the pump and the motor, which can compensate for small axial, radial and angular displacements.
