This product is a new type of pulp pump product improved on the basis of the pulp pump product by our company's engineering and technical personnel according to the current papermaking process and actual use. A full-open three-blade impeller is adopted, and the gap between the impeller and the front protective lining and the rear protective lining can be adjusted, so that the impeller, the front protective lining, and the rear protective lining can maintain a constant gap and continuous high-efficiency performance. Compared with closed and semi-open impellers, fully open impellers can achieve no clogging, high efficiency, smooth operation, and no leakage. Since the weight of this impeller is lighter than semi-open and closed impellers, it can be reduced to a greater extent In addition to the motor load, the motor power is relatively small compared with the pump with the same flow and head, and the service life of the motor is longer, which can achieve high efficiency and energy saving.

1. The non-clogging and non-leaking pulp pump has a rear-opening structure, so there is no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed according to the pressure of 1.6MPa. The main parts are pump casing, front protective lining, impeller (three-blade or six-blade), rear protective lining, rear protective lining, rear pump cover, suspension, pump shaft, front and rear bearing covers.
2. On the basis of imported pulp pump products, our company has improved the hydraulic model to increase the throughput of the pump and the concentration of pulp delivery. The impeller of this series of pumps is fully open, no clogging, no leakage in the sealing part, wide flow passage, strong passing capacity, can pass particles with a diameter of 20-80mm, fiber length 100-400mm, and convey a variety of slurry concentrations below 6% The slurry has a wide range of applications, and the efficiency is about 10-20% higher than that of the old-fashioned slurry pump products.
3. The seal can adopt two sealing forms: single end face mechanical seal and packing seal. The user can according to the requirements and usage conditions.
4. The pump is made of four types: wear-resistant cast iron, wear-resistant cast steel, stainless steel, and wear-resistant stainless steel. The bearings are made of high-quality bearings from Harbin Bearing Factory.
5. The pump impeller is checked for dynamic balance to ensure that the impeller runs in balance when it is working.
6. The motors used in the pump are all national inspection-free products.
