Product Description:

Structural features:
    1. The pump has a rear-opening structure, so there is no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.
    2. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed according to 1.6MPa pressure.
    3. The impeller adopts three-blade (or six-blade), open impeller, which has high efficiency and does not require axial thrust compensation, is easy to maintain, and has low chance of blockage.
    4. The pump shaft is supported by a combination of oil-lubricated, heavy-duty and wear-resistant, imported SKF cylindrical roller bearings and radial thrust ball bearings (angular contact ball bearings). Cylindrical roller bearings are installed at the pump end, and radial thrust ball bearings are installed face-to-face at the rotating end.

Shaft seals mainly include pumping ring plus single-end mechanical seal, packing seal, single-end mechanical seal, tandem mechanical seal, double-end mechanical seal, combined seal of pumping ring and single end mechanical seal, and dynamic seal. , Users can choose according to requirements and actual working conditions
