Structural features: The pump is a single-stage, horizontal radially split volute pump, with the pump body as the center support; single-suction radial impeller, axial suction, radial discharge; shaft seal adopts single-end or double-end mechanical seal, It is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing system; the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end. The specific structure features are as follows:

1. Designed in accordance with the corresponding standards, using component assembly, coupling with extended section; ensuring the implementation of the process industry's structure and maintenance standards, no need to remove the pipeline and motor when disassembling the pump, easy to disassemble, and easy to maintain.

2. The pump body has a large pipe diameter, small radial force, and small shaft deflection; small flow velocity in the pipe, low vibration and low noise; simple pipeline structure, good bearing capacity; pump body does not need brackets, will not break, and has a long life.

3. The impeller is closed or open. The closed impeller has strong adaptability to working conditions, high efficiency, and low cavitation margin; the open impeller is suitable for conveying vapor-liquid two-phase flow and liquids with a large concentration of solid particles.

4. The pump cover has a cooling and heating bearing box structure, and the shaft seal has two types of packing seal and mechanical seal.

5. Integral heavy-duty bearing bracket with heat sink, good coaxiality, high stability, good rigidity, small deflection, and does not increase bearing temperature.
Users should be careful when using

1. Lubricating oil should be added to the bearing box, and the amount of oil should be controlled at the middle level of the oil window.

2. Turn the coupling by hand before driving, if there is any jamming phenomenon during the installation process, it should be eliminated if there is abnormal friction.

3. Connect the cooling and flushing fluid before starting, and stop the cooling and flushing fluid when stopping.

Fourth, the cooling flushing fluid must be clean, non-scaling soft water, so the newly installed pipelines and storage tanks should be flushed clean. Prevent solid matter from entering the mechanical seal and affecting the sealing effect and life. Water that is prone to fouling can block the cooling and flushing fluid path. It will also affect the effectiveness and life of the seal.

5. It is ideal to use condensed water as a sealing flushing fluid, and the temperature is less than 85°C.

6. The pressure of the cooling flushing fluid is 0.1~0.3MPa, and the flow rate is 0.63m3/h. If the flow rate is too small, it will affect the service life of the seal.
