Chemical Process Pump

HZA, HZAO petrochemical process pumps, designed according to AP1610 (8th edition) and VDMA24297 (light/medium duty) specifications.
1. Scope of application:
This pump is suitable for conveying clean or particle-containing liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids.

4. Structure
The pump is a single-stage, horizontal radially split volute pump, and the pump body is a foot support. Single suction radial impeller, axial suction, radial discharge.
According to the conditions of use, the front and rear wear rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance. The stuffing box has cooling or heating pipe connections. The shaft seal adopts

Standard piping is designed to API specifications.
The pressure ratings of the suction and discharge pipe flanges are the same.
From the motor side, the pump rotates clockwise.
