1. Product overview of centrifugal pulp pump series:
The pulp pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pulp pump developed by our company. It has 3-6 full-open impellers. It is economical in operation and capable of medium throughput. It can transport slurry with a concentration of up to 6% and containing a certain amount of air. Similar to the material, the clearance between the front and rear wear plates is adjustable, and the flow head is stable. Stand-alone operation cost is low under the same conditions.
 
2. Features of pulp pump series products:
1. The full-open wide-passage impeller of the pulp pump series is not easy to be clogged, and the slurry concentration is higher. The axial force is small, the whole machine basically has no vibration, the weight of the impeller is lighter than the closed and half impeller, the radial shear stress of the shaft is small when starting, the service life of each part is long, and the relative maintenance rate is low.
2. The impeller, rear wear plate, shaft seal part and bearing frame of the pulp pump can be disassembled and installed as a "push-pull part" without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump.
3. Effectively reduce the pressure at the shaft seal and reduce leakage to a minimum.
4. The main components are precision casting with lost wax, the inner wall of the product is smooth, and the impeller is tested for G6.3 level dynamic flatness.
5. The international standard JM1J membrane brand coupling is adopted, which is convenient for maintenance.
