ZXL self-priming pump without base

ZXL series pumps are divided into ZXL-1 self-priming pump without base and ZXL-2 self-priming pump with base.

There is no coupling between the motor and the pump head of the direct-connected self-priming pump, and its flow rate is very large, which can reach hundreds of cubic meters per hour, so we call it a large-flow self-priming pump. The lift is moderate, but it can only transport clean water, or chemicals similar to clean water.

1. Product Features
    1. Compact structure. The two series of self-priming pumps are of horizontal structure, the machine and the pump are integrated, the appearance is beautiful, and the floor space is small. Compared with ordinary self-priming pumps, the floor space is reduced by 30%. If the IP54 outdoor motor is used, there is no need for a pump room, and it can be used outdoors.
    2. Smooth operation, low noise and high concentricity of components. The motor and the pump are directly connected, which simplifies the intermediate structure and increases the stability of operation. The impeller has good dynamic and static balance, no vibration during operation, low noise, prolongs the service life of the bearing, and improves the operating environment.
    3. The shaft seal adopts excellent mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, leak-free and has a long service life.
    4. It adopts advanced hydraulic model, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and good performance.
    5. Easy to install, use and maintain. The discharge pipeline does not need to install a check valve, and the suction pipeline does not need to install a bottom valve, so the pipeline system is simplified and the working conditions are improved.
    6. Unique structure, good self-priming performance, only need to ensure that the pump body has a certain amount of liquid before work.

2. Product use
1. ZXL type large-flow direct-connected self-priming pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, dyes, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining flushing, equipment cooling, etc. The temperature of the medium used should not exceed 80℃, the viscosity should be less than or equal to 100 centipoise, and the solid content could reach below 30%.

3. Working conditions
1. The ambient temperature is less than or equal to 40°C, the altitude is less than or equal to 1000m, the relative humidity is less than or equal to 95%, and the medium temperature is less than or equal to 80°C. Special requirements can reach 200°C.
2. The self-priming height should not exceed the specified value of 5-6.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe should be less than or equal to 10 meters.
