2. The working principle of ZCQ self-priming magnetic pump:
The pump adopts an external mixing axial water pump structure, and the pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber and other components. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipeline are stirred by the impeller into a gas-water mixture, and the mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute, and as the speed slows down, it causes gas. The water is separated, the air is discharged from the pump liquid outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the water return hole. After many cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipeline is exhausted, so that a certain degree of vacuum is formed in the pump to achieve self-priming.
