WB type vortex pump is a small flow (minimum 0.36m3/h) high lift (maximum 180m) chemical pump, used for conveying temperature from -20℃-+300℃, viscosity not more than 5°E, corrosive and non-corrosive A non-solid particle-free liquid that is stable (depending on the material). The main features are high working pressure and use with corrosive organic solvents.
    At present, the mechanical seals of WB type vortex pumps are generally external (built-in) large spring or bellows mechanical seals. The timing seal is easy to slip, and the usage is not ideal.

In order to avoid the defects of the pump structure (mechanical seal installation form) in the above aspects, our factory has established a technical research team headed by the factory director, and successfully developed MS series built-in self-cooling silicon carbide mechanical seals. The structure is a bellows with a larger spring, and the pump structure is remodeled (with the mechanical seal structure diagram). Assembly method: first assemble the bracket assembly and the pump shaft, and fix the sealing ring-2 on the pump shaft with thrust screws. Install the static ring-4 on the sealing seat-3, then assemble the pump body-1, and then connect the sealing seat with the static ring to the pump body with screws. This sealing form has the advantages of compact structure, good safety performance, high pressure resistance and long service life. If there is inevitable dehydration, a water cooling device can be added to the sealing end cover according to user requirements. After adding cooling water, the user is allowed to The operating temperature can be as high as 250 ℃. The restructured product has been put on the market for nearly three years, and the user's usage has been very good. The service life of the product is 3-5 times that of similar products, and basically no maintenance is required during the use period. It not only improves production efficiency, but also eliminates the phenomenon of "running", "running", "drip" and "leakage" in the production process of chemical enterprises.
