1. Overview of corrosion-resistant submersible pumps

The corrosion-resistant liquid submerged pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction submerged centrifugal pump, used to transport corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles, suspended matter and easy to crystallize. The temperature of the conveying medium (～30℃～110℃) can be checked specifically in the material table of the liquid contact. The flow range of this series of fluoroplastic submersible pumps is 3.6～216m3/h, the head is from 8～50m, and the speed is 2900 rpm. 

The characteristic of the corrosion-resistant submerged pump is vertical. The pump body, impeller and some parts of the submersible pump are immersed in the liquid, so the effective area is small, and the shaft seal has no leakage. Therefore, it is suitable for transporting corrosive, toxic, easy Volatile, flammable and explosive liquids.

According to the corrosion and temperature of the conveyed medium, the liquid contact materials of the fluoroplastic submersible pump are divided into: reinforced polypropylene (represented by the symbol R) and polyvinylidene fluoride (represented by the symbol PF).

The corrosion-resistant submerged pump can transport acid, alkali, salt, oil, beverage and other media, and is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, fine chemical, dye chemical, instrumentation, light industry, metallurgy, textile, water treatment, medicine, food And other departments.
