What Should You Pay Attention to When Installing a Pipeline Pump？

1. When installing the inlet pipe of the pipeline pump, the horizontal section should be slightly inclined.

2. When installing the pipeline pump, there should not be too many elbows on the inlet pipe. If too many elbows are used on the inlet pipe, the water flow resistance will be increased and the pump lift will be weakened.

3. The position of the water inlet of the water inlet pipe should be kept correct. Under normal circumstances, the distance between the water inlet of the water pipe and the pool bottom and wall should be less than the diameter of the water inlet. If there is dirt such as mud and sand at the bottom of the pool, the distance between the water inlet and the bottom of the pool must be greater than 1.5 times the diameter, otherwise it will cause poor water intake or suction of mud and debris during pumping, which will block the water inlet.

4. The water inlet of the pipeline pump cannot be directly connected with the elbow. If it is directly connected with the elbow, the water flow will be unevenly distributed when entering the impeller through the elbow. When the diameter of the water inlet pipe is larger than the water inlet of the pump, an eccentric reducing pipe needs to be installed.
