The third-generation molten urea pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilevered centrifugal pump. It is suitable for conveying molten urea liquid in fertilizer plants, and can also be used for conveying other corrosive liquids without suspended particles. The temperature of the medium is allowed to be -20~180 degrees Celsius. The pump is drawn horizontally to inhale, and spit out at the top radially. There is an insulation jacket on the front side of the pump. The double clamp can allow 0.59MPa and 170 degrees Celsius steam insulation. Users can choose different materials according to the corrosion performance of the conveyed medium, and the models and different flow heads can be adjusted.
