I-1B series thick slurry pump is a single-screw positive displacement pump. The pump utilizes the rotation of an eccentric single-screw screw in a double-screw bushing to make the thick slurry move along the spiral groove from the suction port to the discharge port to realize the pump's conveying function. .

3. Structure and material form of I-1B thick slurry pump:

Type I-1BB: Shell castings, transmission parts (spindle, screw and winding shaft) are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, suitable for general neutral thick slurry transportation, general slightly acid and alkaline slurry transportation.
Type I-1BF: The transmission parts and the pump casing in contact with the slurry are made of stainless steel, which is suitable for the transportation of food, pharmaceutical, and corrosive slurry.
Rubber bushings include general wear-resistant rubber, food-use rubber and oil-resistant rubber for users to choose from.
The transmission mode includes direct transmission between the motor and the pump shaft, the motor through the reducer and the pump directly, and the motor through the V-belt pulley and the pump shaft.
