When the magnetic steel assembly rotates, the magnetic line of force passes through the isolation sleeve through the action of the magnetic field to drive the inner rotor (that is, the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously. 4. Manufacturing requirements

General technical requirements
1. The parts are descaled.
2. On the machined surface of the parts, there should be no defects such as scratches, scratches, etc. that damage the surface of the parts.
3. Remove burrs.
Heat Treatment Requirements
1. After quenching and tempering, HRC50~55.
2. High-frequency quenching for parts, 350-370 [expression] tempering, HRC40-45.
3. Carburizing depth 0.3mm.
4. Carry out high temperature aging treatment.
Tolerance requirements
1. The unmarked shape tolerance shall meet the requirements of GB1184-80.
2. The allowable deviation of the unmarked length dimension is ±0.5mm.
3. The tolerance zone of the casting is symmetrical to the basic dimension configuration of the blank casting.
Part corners
1. The fillet radius R5 is not specified.
2. The unmarked chamfer is 2×45°.
