5. Instructions for the use of energy-saving self-priming pumps

1. The pump set should be installed vertically to ensure the smooth operation of the motor and pump shaft.

2. A filter screen must be installed at the lower end of the water inlet pipe of the water pump to prevent large particles and impurities from being sucked into the water pump, entangling or damaging the impeller. When the inlet pipe is connected to the inlet of the pump, the screws must be uniformly stressed to ensure that the inlet pipe does not leak air.

3. When installing the water outlet pipeline, each one-way valve must be installed (prepared by the user). Before starting the pump, the valve must be tightly closed to ensure the water outlet speed of the pump.

4. Before starting the water pump, the cooling water pipe should be connected to ensure that the machine seal cannot be dry-grinded. At the same time, check whether the main shaft of the water pump is flexible, and use the power point method to check the steering of the water pump. After confirming that the steering is correct, the water pump can be started with full pressure.

5. The water outlet pipeline and valve of the pump should be fixed on the support frame (provided by the user). All pipelines other than the pump set must be connected to the pump set without load. All pipeline connection parts must be tight and air-tight, otherwise it will affect the Self-priming function and flow, head.

6. When transporting liquid, the three indicators of flow, lift and suction must be controlled within the range specified by the selected model, otherwise it will cause the motor current to fluctuate and affect the normal operation.

7. The pump is self-priming on the principle of vacuum pump. It is strictly forbidden for users to arbitrarily expand the diameter of the suction pipe during installation, otherwise it will affect the suction speed and cause damage to the motor current overload.
