1. Product overview of G-type gear variable speed screw pump

The single screw pump is a new type of pump that works according to the principle of revolving meshing positive displacement. The main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator).

Due to the special geometry of the two components, separate sealed chambers are respectively formed, the medium is pushed to flow uniformly in the axial direction, the internal flow rate is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no eddy current and agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, the lift is 60m (clean water), and the self-priming height is generally 6m. It is suitable for conveying medium temperature below 80°C (special requirements can reach 150°C). Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, this kind of pump has the characteristics that general pumps are not competent for the transportation of high-viscosity fluids and the transportation of media containing hard suspended particles or media containing fibers. Its flow is proportional to the rotational speed. The transmission can be directly driven by a coupling, or by a speed-regulating motor, a V-belt, a gearbox and other devices. The pump has few parts, compact structure, small volume and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are the wearing parts of the pump, and the structure is simple and easy to assemble and disassemble.
