Horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly horizontal centrifugal pump developed by ourselves based on absorbing advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad and adopting the performance parameters of domestic general-purpose centrifugal pumps. This series of pumps has excellent performance, high reliability, long life, reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.

The main purpose:
1. Horizontal clean water pump, used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water delivery, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC Refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other hot and cold water cycle pressurization and equipment matching, use temperature T≤80℃.
2. Horizontal hot water pump is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and hotel and restaurant boiler hot water pressurized circulating transportation and urban heating system, ISWR type operating temperature T≤120℃.
3. Horizontal chemical pumps are used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors. The operating temperature is- 20~C~+120℃.
4. The horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium is -20~C~+120℃.

Working conditions:
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, or pump system high working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, that is, pump suction port pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5 MPa, please specify the system work when ordering pressure. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6 MPa, it should be stated separately when ordering, so that the flow-through part and the connection part of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
